September Recap

September has been a month of changes here at Film Score Click Track. I appreciate everyone’s understanding as I cut back the postings a bit. It has sincerely helped my sanity. I’ve also made some tweaks to the site, streamlining the categories and hopefully making it easier for you to find what you want quicker and easier.

  • Main Titles have been merged in with the Cues.
  • The rarely used Know-It-All category has been merged with Speak Up.
  • I have added categories for the monthly 9 on the 9th posts and my published articles which have appeared on the site.

Highlights of September include:

  • A thoroughly enjoyable interview with the prolific Mark Isham
  • My easily interchangeable look at my favorite scores of Bernard Herrmann

And as promised, I’ve beefed up the site with more reviews including:

In addition to pigging out on bag after bag of Halloween candy (especially the new pumpkin-flavored Hershey’s kisses which I’ve yet to find), plans for October include more CD reviews, more composer interviews, and further explorations into film music.

Now bring on the candy and a feed bag!
